Nov 17, 2025Indian archer Kushal Dalal captured the men’s compound title at the GT Open Indoor World Series in Strassen, Luxembourg, delivering a standout performance marked by grit and precision.
Dalal secured the gold medal after a thrilling final against former world No. 1 Stephen Hansen of the United States, triumphing in a rare double shoot-off to seal the victory.
On his way to the title clash, Dalal defeated reigning World Champion Nicolas Gerard of France in the semi-finals, showcasing top form throughout the tournament.
India also celebrated another podium finish as Ganesh Mani Ratnam Thirumuru earned a bronze medal in the Under-21 men’s compound category, adding to the country’s success at the event.
