CM Dr. Manik Saha inaugurates 20 Development Projects, Lays Foundation for 2
Nov 13, 2025Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Thursday inaugurated 20 development projects and laid the foundation for two more at Kamalpur, marking a significant step in the ongoing development of Dhalai district.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Saha reflected on the district’s past challenges. “There was a time when this region struggled with inadequate infrastructure, poor road connectivity, water scarcity, and limited healthcare facilities,” he said.
He emphasized that from the very beginning of his government, essential sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, and water supply have been given top priority. “As a result, development activities in Dhalai have gained remarkable momentum, and our efforts continue to ensure sustainable growth and improved quality of life for the people,” he added.
The newly inaugurated projects and the foundations laid span multiple sectors aimed at enhancing the overall infrastructure and welfare facilities in the district.
