During the session, Dr. Saha personally interacted with individuals from various parts of the state, listened to their concerns, and issued on-the-spot directions to officials for swift redressal. The initiative, which has received an encouraging response from the public, seeks to bridge the gap between the government and the people by fostering direct communication and accountability.
