FPIs Pull Out Rs 12,569 Crore from Indian Equity Markets in Early November

Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) have once again turned net sellers in the Indian markets, withdrawing a significant sum in the first week of November. According to depository data, FPIs pulled out Rs 12,569 crore from equities and Rs 1,758 crore from debt markets during the period.
This comes after a net inflow of Rs 14,610 crore in October, highlighting the volatile nature of foreign investment in India. The trend follows substantial outflows in previous months, with FPIs withdrawing Rs 17,700 crore in July, Rs 34,990 crore in August, and Rs 23,885 crore in September.
