In a treat for fans on his birthday, superstar Prabhas received a special surprise from director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who unveiled a unique audio teaser for their much-anticipated collaboration, Spirit, produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures.
Dubbed a “Sound Story,” the teaser, released in five Indian languages—Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam—offers a glimpse into the tone and atmosphere of the film. Sharing the announcement on social media, Vanga wrote, “Happy Birthday Prabhas anna. Presenting a ‘SOUND-STORY’ in five Indian languages straight from the heart, for every fan who’s felt his…,” delighting fans across the country.
The teaser opens with a gripping prison scene, where a jailer instructs his team to treat a former police officer-turned-prisoner like any other inmate. The moment that captured everyone’s attention is Prabhas’s calm declaration: “Sir, since childhood I have one bad habit,” hinting at the intensity of his character.
Spirit is set to be a grand-scale, pan-India entertainer, with Prabhas portraying a fierce and intense cop. Triptii Dimri joins him in the narrative, bringing her distinctive screen presence, while actors like Vivek Oberoi and Prakash Raj add further weight to the ensemble.
The audio teaser, backed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar’s riveting background score, has already created massive buzz online. By releasing it on Prabhas’s birthday, the director-producer duo not only offered fans a special glimpse into the film but also reinforced Prabhas’s stature as, in Vanga’s words, “India’s biggest superstar.”
With its star-studded cast and ambitious scale, Spirit is shaping up to be one of the most awaited films in Indian cinema, slated for release in 2026.
