CM Dr. Manik Saha Chairs 7th Trust Meeting of Mata Tripura Sundari Temple
Oct 08, 2025Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Wednesday chaired the 7th Trust Meeting of the Mata Tripura Sundari Temple Trust at the Conference Room of the Office of the District Magistrate in Gomati district.
Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy was also present at the meeting, along with senior officials, trust members, and district administration representatives.
During the meeting, key issues related to the development, management, and preservation of the historic Mata Tripura Sundari Temple were discussed. The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining the sanctity of the temple while also improving infrastructure to accommodate the growing number of pilgrims and tourists.
The trust reviewed ongoing and upcoming projects, including facility enhancements, digital initiatives for devotees, and measures to ensure a smooth experience during major festivals.
The Mata Tripura Sundari Temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas and a major pilgrimage site in Tripura, continues to attract thousands of devotees from across the region and beyond.
