CM Dr. Manik Saha Attends State-Level Workshop on Atmanirbhar Bharat in Tripura
Sep 20, 2025Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Saturday participated in a state-level workshop organized under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state headquarters in Agartala.
The workshop aimed to promote self-reliance and encourage the adoption of indigenous products in alignment with the national vision of a self-reliant India (Aatmanirbhar Bharat).
During the event, Chief Minister Saha expressed enthusiasm for the BJP’s upcoming nationwide campaign — ‘Har Ghar Swadeshi, Ghar Ghar Swadeshi’, scheduled to run from September 25 to December 25. The campaign seeks to raise awareness among citizens about the importance of using locally made products and boosting the domestic economy.
“The path to a strong and self-reliant India begins at home. By supporting Swadeshi products, we empower our own people and industries,” Dr. Saha said.
The campaign is part of a broader initiative to revive traditional industries, support small businesses, and promote economic independence at the grassroots level.
