Unnayan Sangha Marks 73rd Foundation Day with Blood Donation and Felicitation Programme
Sep 16, 2025Unnayan Sangha celebrated its 73rd Foundation Day with a voluntary blood donation camp and a felicitation programme in Agartala on Tuesday.
Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation, Dipak Majumder, attended the event and appreciated the initiative, emphasizing the importance of saving lives through blood donation.
The occasion was also graced by several dignitaries, including South Zone Chairman Abhijit Mallick, Ward No. 39 Corporator Alok Roy, Ward No. 40 Corporator Sampa Sarkar Choudhury, and Jayanta Choudhury, President of the South Zone Club Committee.
With the slogan “Life is built with our blood, blood sustains life. By donating blood, we can save hundreds of lives,” the programme highlighted the organisation’s dedication to humanitarian service and community welfare.
