Tripura Minister Sukla Charan Noatia Attends National Meet on Minority Welfare
Sep 13, 2025Tripura's Cooperation Minister, Sukla Charan Noatia, participated in a high-level National Consultation Meeting organized by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, on Saturday. The event took place at Vanijya Bhawan, located on Motilal Nehru Marg in New Delhi.
The meeting was chaired by Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Welfare, Kiren Rijiju, and brought together ministers and officials from various states to discuss the key developmental priorities, welfare schemes, and policy reforms aimed at the holistic advancement of minority communities across the country.
During the session, participants exchanged ideas and strategies to ensure inclusive growth, better access to education, entrepreneurship opportunities, and social welfare for minority groups. Minister Noatia emphasized the importance of tailoring central policies to meet the unique needs of minority populations in northeastern states like Tripura.
