Tripura BJP to launch 14-Day Seva Campaign to mark PM Modi’s birthday
Sep 04, 2025To commemorate the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 17, the Tripura unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will organize a series of programmes across the state under the theme of ‘Seva’ (service). The fortnight-long campaign will begin on September 17 and continue till October 2, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
In preparation for the initiative, a high-level meeting was held on Thursday at the state BJP headquarters, where detailed discussions were held to finalize the schedule and nature of the programmes. The meeting was attended by Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha, Rajya Sabha MP and State BJP President Rajib Bhattacharjee, along with other senior party leaders and office bearers.
The campaign is expected to include various outreach and welfare activities aimed at public service, in line with the BJP’s nationwide tradition of celebrating PM Modi’s birthday through acts of community service and social responsibility.
