Allegations surface against the hope over improper eye treatments

A wave of serious allegations has emerged against the hope a private eye care hospital located in Khejurbagan. Multiple patients who underwent eye treatments at the facility have come forward alleging medical negligence, stating that procedures carried out at the hospital have resulted in post-treatment complications and deteriorating eye conditions. Some claim that they were not given proper guidance or follow-up care after surgeries.
Adding to the growing concerns, several patients who sought treatment under the Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY and CM-JAY) health insurance schemes have alleged harassment and denial of benefits. Despite possessing valid Ayushman cards, these individuals claim they were either refused treatment or made to pay out-of-pocket for services that should have been covered under the government-backed program.
“I came to the hospital with full hope of receiving treatment under the Ayushman scheme. Instead, I was asked to pay upfront for services that are supposed to be free. When I protested, the staff humiliated me,” said a 62-year-old patient, who requested anonymity.
