Viral AI Tool Mimicking Sushant Singh Rajput Sparks Outrage from Family

A new artificial intelligence (AI) tool that allows users to simulate conversations with the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has gone viral, drawing widespread attention and sparking a heated ethical debate. The AI-powered platform, which imitates the actor’s voice and personality, has already been used by more than 550,000 people, gaining rapid popularity on social media.

However, the tool’s release has not been without controversy. Members of Sushant Singh Rajput’s family have expressed deep distress over the use of his likeness without their consent, calling it invasive and emotionally exploitative.

“This is not a tribute—it’s a violation. Sushant was a deeply private person. Using his voice and image in this way, without permission, is deeply hurtful to our family,” a family representative said in a public statement.

The AI tool, developed by an unnamed startup, allows users to "talk" to a virtual version of the late actor, generating responses based on his past interviews, social media posts, and public appearances. While some fans have described the experience as nostalgic and comforting, critics argue that it crosses serious ethical boundaries.
