CM Dr. Manik Saha distributes national flags under 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Campaign


As part of the ongoing ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Monday distributed national flags to citizens in Gandhighat, located in Ward No. 32 of the Bordowali Assembly Constituency.

The Chief Minister personally handed out the Tricolour to residents and encouraged every household to hoist the national flag with pride ahead of Independence Day. The campaign, launched by the Government of India, aims to promote patriotism and a deeper emotional connection with the national flag among citizens.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Saha said, “The national flag is a symbol of our unity, pride, and the countless sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. Through the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative, we aim to inspire every citizen to participate in the celebration of our nation’s independence by hoisting the Tricolour at their homes.”

Local residents welcomed the Chief Minister with enthusiasm and actively took part in the flag distribution event. The initiative has seen wide participation across the state, with leaders and volunteers reaching out to communities to ensure that every household joins the movement.
