CM Dr. Manik Saha chairs meeting of the Task Monitoring System
Aug 07, 2025Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Thursday chaired a high-level meeting of the Task Monitoring System at the State Secretariat to assess ongoing administrative matters and ensure effective governance. The meeting was attended by senior officials from various departments.
During the session, Dr. Saha reviewed recent issues raised through the monitoring system and discussed progress on previously assigned tasks. Emphasizing the importance of prompt and efficient service delivery, he issued clear directives to the officials concerned for immediate and necessary actions.
The Chief Minister also underscored the need for greater inter-departmental coordination, enhanced accountability, and faster grievance redressal to improve public satisfaction with government services.
Officials were instructed to prioritize tasks that directly impact public welfare and to regularly update the progress under the Task Monitoring System. Dr. Saha reiterated his government’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and proactive governance.
