Mayor Dipak Majumder conducts field visit from Ker Chowmuhani to Bidurkarta Chowmuhani
Jul 25, 2025In a bid to enhance the aesthetic appeal and infrastructure of Agartala city, Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC), Dipak Majumder, along with other officials, conducted an on-site inspection from Ker Chowmuhani to Bidurkarta Chowmuhani on Friday.
The visit was part of a broader initiative aimed at the beautification and overall development of key city areas. Accompanying the Mayor were several ward councillors and senior municipal officials.
During the inspection, Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC), Dipak Majumder assessed various civic amenities including road conditions, drainage systems, cleanliness, and public spaces.
Mayor Majumder stated that the Corporation is committed to creating a cleaner, greener, and more organized city for residents. “Such field visits help us understand real-time issues and plan effective solutions accordingly,” he said.
The AMC plans to continue such inspections across different parts of the city in the coming weeks to ensure uniform progress and implementation of developmental initiatives.
