ONGC Employees’ Union of Tripura Organizes Blood Donation Camp

The ONGC Employees’ Union of Tripura organized a blood donation camp as part of its commitment to social welfare and community service on Wednesday. The event aimed to support local healthcare facilities by encouraging voluntary blood donation.
The camp was held in the presence of several prominent dignitaries, including Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Dipak Majumder, MLA Mina Rani Sarkar, and BMS (Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh) State Secretary Neelratan Sarkar. Other union members and local citizens also took part in the initiative.
Addressing the gathering, Mayor Dipak Majumder praised the efforts of the ONGC Employees’ Union and emphasized the importance of regular blood donation in saving lives. MLA Mina Rani Sarkar echoed similar sentiments, urging more people to participate in such humanitarian efforts.
The camp saw enthusiastic participation from ONGC employees and members of the public, with dozens of units of blood collected. Organizers expressed gratitude to the donors and medical staff, reaffirming their commitment to continue similar drives in the future.
