Minister Kishor Barman Visits MBB University
Jul 23, 2025Minister of Panchayat Department, Higher Education, and General Administration (Political) Kishor Barman paid his first official visit to MBB University on Wednesday after taking charge of his ministerial responsibilities. During the visit, he held discussions with university officials and thoroughly reviewed the overall situation and ongoing activities on campus.
The minister inspected various departments and assessed the infrastructural and academic conditions of the institution. He emphasized the need for continuous development in both educational quality and campus facilities.
Addressing the media after the visit, Minister Barman said, “MBB University is one of the most significant educational institutions in the state. We are committed to its overall development. Today’s visit helped us understand the existing challenges and requirements. Necessary steps will be taken soon to address them.” He further stated that improving the standard of education and upgrading infrastructure will remain among his top priorities.
