Mayor Dipak Majumder inspects Ward No. 35, reviews civic issues
Jul 19, 2025Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Dipak Majumder conducted an inspection of Ward No. 35 on Saturday to assess ongoing civic conditions and listen to local concerns. He was accompanied by Ward Councillor Tushar Kanti Bhattacharjee and other municipal officials.
The visit aimed to review infrastructure developments, sanitation conditions, drainage systems, and other pressing civic issues affecting residents. The Mayor interacted with locals and assured them of timely action and improved coordination from municipal departments.
Speaking briefly during the visit, Mayor Majumder emphasized the importance of on-ground inspections to ensure effective delivery of civic services. "Regular interaction with residents helps us better understand their needs and take necessary steps to improve the quality of life in every ward," he said.
Councillor Tushar Kanti Bhattacharjee also highlighted ongoing development efforts in the ward and pledged continued support to resolve pending issues.
