Congress' 24 hours bandh in Tripura paralyzes normal life

The 24 hours dawn to dusk strike veing called by the Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) here in Tripura on Thursday has hit the normal life. The strike is being called to press for CBI probe into the chit fund ponzi scam in the state. Markets were closed while vehicles did not ply on the roads. Banks, financial institutions, schools and colleges remained shut in view of the strike.
