Replica of Tripura’s Neer Mahal and Matabari temple at Agartala MBB airport

The state transport and tourism minister Pranajit Singha Roy Thursday unveiled the replicas of two most important and popular tourist destinations of the state  Neer Mahal and Udaipur Mata Bari temple here at Agartala MBB airport so as to attract more tourist from abroad. “These two replicas along with the tourism guide centre in the airport shall render adequate information about the tourist destinations of the state,” said Mr. Roy.

He said, “These replicas are installed at the arrival lounge of the airport so that the people who lands in our state from abroad are acknowledged with the tourist destinations of our state.” “Our government is putting utmost effort to apprise the people across the nation and abroad of Tripura and its scenic beauty,” adding to this Mr. Roy said,

 “Our government has renovated almost more than a half of our tourist destinations across the state and made it ready for the tourists of this state and abroad. We are slowly moving our hands on renovating rest of the sites.” He however said that development of this tourism sector of the state shall generate employment opportunities for the unemployed youths of this state.
