BSF nab two cattle smugglers with eight cattle along Indo-Bangladesh border

The troops of Border Security Force (BSF) had apprehended two cattle smugglers and seized eight cattle in Assam’s South Salmara Mankachar district on Thursday. According to the reports, the special ambush / boat patrolling team of BSF deployed at Shishumara Border Outposton Thursday morning had observed suspicious movement of few miscreants approaching towards the Indo-Bangladesh international border with cattle to smuggle into Bangladesh.

The BSF team had challenged the miscreants and managed to apprehend two cattle smugglers with eight cattle heads while being smuggled to Bangladesh.The nabbed cattle smugglers were identified as Muluk Chand and Asaraful Ali. Later the nabbed cattle smugglers and seized cattle heads were handed over to Kharwabanda police for further action.
